Here’s what was written about us in the Practical Motorhome Summer Special 2012 Magazine:

Escape to an island retreat: We marvelled at a silence that was broken only by bird song and the roar of the waves. If you are seeking a simple little piece of paradise….this has to be a most worthy contender. This one wins hands down for the things that money can’t buy; peace, beauty, tranquillity, views that almost moved us tears right from our lounge window, friendly locals and as much sparkling fresh, sea air as you can take. Each night we slept like logs and woke up completely refreshed having partaken in the simple pleasures offered on this most laid back of islands. We left the island refreshed, promising ourselves that this would not be our last visit to this piece of Scottish Paradise”

We are easy to find…

If you come on foot – there is a bus service which meets every ferry and takes around ten minutes to reach the Quayhead in the town. From there you walk up Cardiff Street in to Golf Road on the right, and the site is at the top of this road on the left hand side. A taxi can usually be hired from the newsagents at the pier if you need assistance.

If you bring your car – turn left when leaving the ferry and follow the coast road, continuing through the town to the harbour. Then follow the road up the hill, taking a right into Golf Road and you will see the signs for the Park at the top of the road.
